Our residential Safety Inspection Lube-N-Tune is a comprehensive garage door system checkup designed to improve safety, protect reliability, and reduce the risk of unexpected failure.

We approach residential inspections with the same mindset we bring to our commercial customers: evaluate the entire system, identify points of risk, and help you keep the door operating safely and consistently. Instead of simply lubricating a few parts and moving on, we look at how the full system is performing - including the door, tracks, springs, cables, rollers, hinges, panels, seals, opener, sensors, and safety features.

During the service, we inspect alignment, balance, hardware, structural components, opener settings, safety sensors, and auto-reverse function. We tighten key hardware, lubricate appropriate moving parts, and run the door through multiple open-and-close cycles to confirm smooth, safe operation.
